    In 2021, Estelle founded The Female Drive with a purpose to delve into the intricacies of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the realm of Motorsport. The inaugural project took shape as a pioneering podcast—a captivating interview series that provided a global platform for underrepresented individuals and minorities to share their stories.

    Building upon this early success, the company has since executed a range of impactful campaigns, each dedicated to dismantling the barriers faced by underrepresented groups in the world of motorsport.

    Driven by a deep passion for effecting genuine change rather than mere symbolic gestures, Estelle is eagerly anticipating the launch of The Collective Drive—an initiative poised to amplify her impact and catalyse further transformation.

The Collective Drive encompasses a group of accomplished and committed individuals who share one common vision; inclusivity.

    Hannah is a sports lawyer, mum of two and social triathlete based in Sydney, Australia. With a broad litigation background, Hannah’s interests lie in integrity and dispute processes, supporting the principles of fairness and equity in decision-making that impacts those participating in sport. Hannah also enjoys advising on governance matters, policy and aspects of law that interact with people’s rights, including privacy and discrimination. Hannah works across the sporting landscape, as a grassroots volunteer on her local triathlon club committee, an employee of a state sporting organisation and working closely with the national sporting organisation. Hannah brings expertise in safeguarding children and young people and is involved in this space across the sector in sport in New South Wales, being committed to ensuring that sport remains safe for all vulnerable sections of the population, particularly children.

    Hannah is deeply passionate about uplifting the gender imbalance that exists in sports administration and empowering females to have access to the same opportunities and fairness of treatment. She is also committed to the equitable treatment of everyone in sport and to understanding how best to remove barriers to participation to maximise inclusion. As a long-time fan of Formula 1, joining The Collective Drive is an opportunity to bring this passion to life in motorsport and beyond.

    Paralympian Ellie Cole is like no one you’ve ever met before. After losing her right leg to cancer at age 3, at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics, she became Australia’s most decorated female Paralympic Athlete.

    With a record-breaking 17 Paralympic medals and OAM to her name, Ellie Cole is an extraordinary athlete. Overcoming injuries and adversity, Ellie has risen to prolific heights and, in recognition was honoured as the flagbearer at the Tokyo 2020 Closing Ceremony.

    As an accomplished speaker, she finds ways to connect with a variety of different audiences; whether students, corporate teams or senior boards.

    Ellie is incredibly passionate about the subject of diversity and inclusion, leveraging her strong platform as an athlete to highlight important causes like #WeThe15 – a movement that endeavours for disability visibility and representation.

    In 2020, Ellie featured in the Netflix original film, Rising Phoenix - a documentary that explores global understanding of disability and the excellence that is encouraged by the Paralympic Games. No stranger to the stage or screen, Ellie has been instrumental in a number of global initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion – starring in WOWOW Japan’s WHO I Am series, being invited to speak at the Cannes Lions in 2019 on the subject of diversity and inclusion not only in sport but in life, and closer to home partnering with her sponsors to deliver greater awareness of and support for the Paralympic movement and the disability community.

    She has a strong and engaged social following and is well-loved by the media both here and abroad. It is Ellie’s charisma and her unrivalled sense of humour that makes her truly magnetic.

    Jessica has held several roles with Triple Eight, from a Sub-Assembly Mechanic at the age of 18, to Media Manager, Team Coordinator, Commercial Operations Officer, Super2 Race Team Manager. She now oversees Triple Eight’s Governance and HR, and is the board’s company secretary.

    Having become a shareholder in 2015, she is now one of three owners of Triple Eight, alongside Jamie Whincup and Tony Quinn.

    She also has previous experience in TV production, is a current motorsport host and reporter on the Seven Network, has a journalism degree from Bournemouth University in England, and graduated from QUT in 2022 with an honours degree in law. This year, she is completing her practical legal training with the goal of being admitted to the Law Society in December.

    Jess is passionate about increasing female participation in motorsport and STEM subjects in general, having played a significant role in launching FIA Girls on Track in Australia, for which she is a proud ambassador. She is the Australian Delegate to the FIA Women in Motorsport Commission and was the inaugural chair of the Motorsport Australia Women in Motorsport Commission. She drives Triple Eight’s community engagement projects, which include working with the St Hilda’s Foundation to offer schoolgirls engineering internship opportunities.

    Krystina Emmanouilides is a Senior Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Engineer (factory based) at Alfa Romeo F1 Team. Moving from Australia to pursue her dream of working in Motorsport, Krystina undertook her studies in England, completing her BEng (Hons) in Motorsport Engineering at Oxford Brookes University and MSc by Research at Durham University. Krystina has a diverse background, having worked in the Motorsport, Software (PowerFLOW, now a Dassault Systemes company) and Automotive (Jaguar Land Rover) industries in the UK, Italy and Switzerland.

    Krystina strives to use her platform to help drive change towards a more inclusive and equal landscape within the Motorsport industry, being part of various initiatives aimed at doing so. Having joined Racing Pride in 2021, Krystina was appointed to the board of directors in 2022. In the same year, Krystina was selected as an ambassador for the Motorsport Australia FIA Girls on Track program and was appointed to the Advisory Panel for the Women's Sport Collective.

    Tatiana has competed at the top level of motorsport; having successfully contested in IndyCar, Super Formula, FIA Formula 2 and the FIA World Endurance Championship in an impressive career that looks set to prosper even further.

    Tatiana took her first steps into the world of racing when she was nine years old, competing in national karting competitions across Colombia, quickly capturing the attention of those around her. Tatiana would go on to achieve three national karting titles, becoming the first woman to achieve this feat in the process! If this impressive feat wasn’t enough, Tatiana would also become the first female winner of a national American karting series.

    Tatiana was appointed ambassador of the Dare to Be Different initiative and became a member of the FIA Women in Motorsport commission, to empower young girls and promote gender equality in an innovative, engaging and positive manner and to increase female participation, not just on the track but in all aspects of the sport and other perceived male-dominated industries.

    Tatiana aims to prove that women can actually compete on equal terms and successfully at the highest level of motorsport.

    Toni has spent a decade working in tech and is an avid motorsports fan and content creator who sits at the intersection of tech, internet culture and politics. She is the co-host of the weekly unscripted podcasts Unapologetic Women (tech, politics and current affairs), Another Podcast (tech trends) and writes the newsletter, Idée Fixe, for the curious minds.

    Toni has created a highly engaged non-traditional community around motorsports; this is most evident through her cultural platform Sunday Fangirls, created with the aim of having the hard conversations about diversity, representation and inclusion in sports. Toni was named by The Drum as one of the UK's 30 under 30 in digital.

    As VP of Business Development, she developed and led the European expansion for NationBuilder focusing on market and revenue growth. She then became VP of Strategic Partnership. Prior to joining NationBuilder, Toni worked at Burson-Marsteller where she led the BursonDigital team of digital experts across Europe, Middle-East and Africa. Toni started her career at the European Commission in the Directorate for ICT for societal challenges of DG CONNECT.
