The Sports Culture Australia Hub is a proposed national standards and alignment platform, overseen by The Collective Drive, designed to strengthen Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across all levels of Australian sport.
Working with government, sporting codes, and industry, the Hub would provide strategic oversight to align and streamline existing DEI initiatives. Thus, reducing duplication and embedding consistent, measurable frameworks across policy, education, and infrastructure.
Grounded in evidence and driven by outcomes, the Hub positions inclusion as a core pillar of modern sport, helping ensure all Australians have the opportunity to participate and thrive, on and beyond the field of play.
